You’ve done the work.
So why does nothing in your life actually change?

Because in the moments that matter— your behaviour still defaults back.

You know what you want to say. You know what you need to do. But when there’s something to lose— you hesitate, soften it, or pull back.

And every time that happens — you reinforce the life you’ve already outgrown.

You’re trying to live as her.

You can feel it. Your chest tightens.
Your mind starts calculating. And instead of saying it — you soften it.

This is not a communication problem. This is not a confidence problem. This is the moment your nervous system takes over — and your behaviour follows.

And it happens faster than you can think your way out of it.

This is why nothing is changing

It looks small when it’s happening.

You rewrite the message before you send it.
You say it softer than you meant to.
You delay the decision again.
You over-explain so it feels acceptable.

You tell yourself it’s not a big deal.

But this is the moment your life is built in.

Because every time you default back—

you reinforce the version of you
you’ve already outgrown.

You don’t stay where you are.

You practise it.

And that means:

  • the same relationship patterns continue

  • the same conversations don’t happen

  • the same opportunities get delayed

  • the same version of you keeps showing up

This isn’t neutral.

It’s cumulative.

So the question isn’t why nothing is changing

it’s how much longer you’re going to keep meeting this moment…
and backing out.

You’re not lacking awareness.

You already know who you are.

You can feel the version of you you’re trying to live as—
how she speaks, what she chooses, what she no longer tolerates.

But when it matters—

you don’t act like her.

You hesitate.
You soften.
You override yourself.

And you walk away knowing you didn’t show up the way you wanted to.

Not because you don’t know what to do—

but because in that moment, your body takes over
and your behaviour follows.

And it happens before you have time to think your way through it.

No one showed you how to change that.

This is what Integration Foundations is for.

This is for you if.

You’ve already done the work.
Therapy. Healing. Inner work.

You understand your patterns.
You can explain them.
You can see exactly what’s happening.

And still—in the moments that matter

You hesitate.

You soften.

You override yourself.

And afterwards—you replay it, knowing exactly what you should have done.

Not because you don’t know what to do.

But because your body takes over.

You don’t need more insight.

You need to be able to stay with yourself—
when it actually counts.

Integration Foundations is where this changes.

This is a 6-week behavioural training program
for women who already know who they are—

but don’t consistently live as her when it matters.

Not more insight.
Not more processing.
Not more understanding.

This is where your behaviour starts to match your awareness.

Because right now—you don’t have a knowledge problem.

You have a follow-through problem under pressure.

— You know what you want to say, until your chest tightens.
— You know the boundary, until the moment comes.
— You know who you are, until it actually matters.

And that’s the moment that’s been keeping your life the same.

This course trains that moment.

The exact moment your nervous system takes over and your old patterns run the show.

Inside Integration Foundations, you learn how to:

  • Catch the pattern while it’s happening — not after

  • Interrupt the Default Loop before it becomes behaviour

  • Stay present inside discomfort instead of backing out

  • Shorten recovery time instead of losing days to spirals

  • Start choosing differently — in real situations, not theory

This is not about becoming someone new.

It’s about learning how to stay as who you already are—
when it actually counts.

This is how your life actually starts to change

Integration Foundations Framework

You stop getting taken out without realising it.

You learn to catch the moment your body takes over—
not after, not hours later, but while it’s happening.

  • You map your Default Loop (trigger → spike → behaviour → relief → cost)

  • You feel where it lives in your body — not just in your head

  • You use HOLD to interrupt it in real time

  • You start building reps inside your actual life

  • You shorten the spiral instead of disappearing into it

By the end of this phase:

You’ve interrupted yourself mid-pattern—
at least once.

And that changes everything.

You stop being blindsided by yourself.

Right now, it feels random.

Like sometimes you show up—
and sometimes you don’t.

This is where that stops.

  • You identify your survival role — the version that takes over under pressure

  • You see exactly where it runs (work, money, relationships, visibility)

  • You understand what fear is actually driving it

  • You map your most common spike moments

  • You build a personal Pressure Profile

By the end of this phase:

You can feel the moment coming— before it takes you out.

You start acting like her—
even when your body says don’t.

Not perfectly.
Not all the time.

But on purpose.

  • You define who you are in behaviour — not identity language

  • You change how you speak, respond, and hold boundaries

  • You choose specific behavioural upgrades

  • You practise them in real, controlled situations

  • You stay with yourself through discomfort instead of backing out

By the end of this phase:

You have proof— in your real life— that you can choose differently.

This is how your behaviour actually changes

6-week behavioural training system

Not information.
Not theory.

A structured process that trains you to interrupt patterns in real time—when they’re actually happening.

Default Loop Framework

You see exactly how your patterns operate— so instead of being taken out by them, you can catch them while they’re happening.

HOLD Protocol (real-time intervention tool)

A repeatable way to interrupt your default reactions — and choose differently
even when your body wants to pull you back.

Daily behavioural reps inside your real life

Not journaling about change.

Actually practising it— in conversations, decisions, and the moments that matter.

Recovery-time training

You don’t just “cope better.”

You shorten emotional spirals from days → hours → minutes.

Personal Pressure Profile

You identify exactly what triggers you — so you can see the moment coming
before it takes you out. So you’re not reacting in real time — you’re choosing.

Identity-based behaviour training

You define who you are through behaviour— and start acting like her
before it feels natural.

What changes when this clicks.

You don’t just understand yourself better.

You start responding differently
in the moments that used to take you out.

You say the thing
instead of softening it.

You hold the boundary
instead of explaining it away.

You stay present
instead of spiralling or withdrawing.

The conversations change.
The decisions change.
The patterns stop repeating the same way.

Not because you forced yourself.

Because your system no longer defaults the same way.

This is where your behaviour starts matching who you already are.

What this replaces:

  • Years of trying to “think your way through it”

  • More courses that give insight but no change

  • The cycle of knowing → not following through

Because the issue isn’t awareness.

It’s that no one has trained you to stay with yourself when it actually matters.

This is not a course you think about.

This is where you start responding differently in the moments that normally take you out.

If you’ve already done the work — and you’re tired of your life not reflecting it — this is the step that closes that gap.

No more:
– knowing what to say but not saying it
– feeling clear until the moment comes
– defaulting back into the version of you you’ve already outgrown

Instead:

You stay.
You choose.
You follow through.

This is where your behaviour starts matching who you already are.

Why hasn’t anything worked yet?

Because most approaches stop at awareness.

They help you understand your patterns,
but they don’t train you for the moment
your body takes over.

So when pressure hits,
you don’t respond from what you know.

You default to what’s been practised.

That’s why the same moment keeps repeating.

Not because you haven’t done the work —
but because no one has trained you
inside the moment your behaviour is decided.

Why is this different?

Because this isn’t built around insight.

It’s built around behaviour under pressure.

You’re not just learning more.

You’re practising how to:

• catch the moment your body reacts
• interrupt the default before it takes over
• stay present when you’d normally back out
• choose differently in real situations

Not later.
Not in theory.

While it’s actually happening.

Will this actually work for me?

Only if you practise it.

This isn’t passive.
It’s not something you watch and absorb.

It works in direct proportion
to how willing you are to apply it
in your real life.

But if you do — you will start to see change.

Because you’re finally working at the level your behaviour is shaped.

Not in theory.
In the moment.

At some point, it stops being about understanding yourself.
And starts being about whether you can stay with yourself when it matters.

If you can see this in your life—
you already know this needs to change.

This isn’t something you fix by thinking about it.

It changes when you learn how to stay as that version of you—
in the moments your system wants to revert.

That’s what we train inside Integration Foundations.

Hi, I’m Kate.

I work with women who have already done the healing — and are now facing the part no one prepared them for.

The part where you know exactly who you are… but don’t consistently live as her when it matters. Like many of the women I work with, I spent years in therapy, somatic work, and deep inner exploration. That work changed me. But it didn’t automatically change how I showed up in my relationships, my decisions, or my life. Not in the moments that actually counted.

What I came to understand — both personally and professionally — is this:

Healing gives you awareness.
It does not train you to live from it.

Your nervous system and survival patterns don’t update just because you understand them. So in the moments that matter — they still take the lead. My work focuses on what comes next.

Integration.

The phase where:

• your behaviour begins to match your awareness
• your nervous system can hold pressure without collapsing
• survival stops being the thing making your decisions

I don’t teach more insight. I don’t offer more processing. I train women to stay as themselves in the exact moments they would normally override it. Because that’s where life actually changes. Not in what you understand. In what you can hold, choose, and follow through on — when it’s uncomfortable. And until that piece is in place, everything else stays inconsistent.
