2 weeks of guided foundational work
The beginning of the Embodied process, designed to help you slow down what normally happens automatically and start seeing yourself in real time.
Weeks 1 + 2 of Embodied: Integration Foundations
You’ll complete the first two modules of the full six-week programme, building the capacity you need before you start mapping and deliberately changing your patterns.
Learn to recognise the moment you get pulled out of yourself
Start noticing the physical sensations, thoughts, emotions and reactions that happen before the familiar behaviour takes over.
Build your capacity to stay present
Instead of immediately reacting, avoiding, spiralling, shutting down or reaching for relief, you’ll begin practising how to stay with what’s happening long enough to create some space.
Practical tools for real life
Simple practices you can use when you’re activated, uncomfortable or tempted to fall straight back into what’s familiar.
Daily tracker + exercises
Start collecting evidence from your actual life so you can see your patterns more clearly — not as an abstract idea, but as they’re happening.
By the end of The Foundation, the goal is simple:
You start catching yourself.
You notice the hesitation before you automatically back out. You recognise the overthinking before you disappear down the rabbit hole. You feel the discomfort underneath the urge to people-please, procrastinate, shut down or change your mind.
And instead of automatically doing what you’ve always done, you begin creating a little space between the pattern and what you do next.
That space is where everything else in Embodied becomes possible.
This is the beginning. Not the whole process.
The Foundation gives you Weeks 1 + 2 of the full Embodied: Integration Foundations programme for $24.
If you finish those two weeks and think, holy shit, I want to keep going, you can continue into the remaining four weeks of Integration Foundations.
