Phase 3 – Rebuild (Weeks 9–12)
Now we anchor the internal work into your actual life:
Redesign key areas of your life (work, relationships, habits, creative dreams, money, daily rhythm) from your integrated identity instead of your survival self.
Practice holding boundaries, following through and choosing what you actually want – without the old backlash in your body.
Create simple, doable action plans that feel safe enough for your system to execute, rather than overwhelming “new you” fantasies.
Build a personalised “integration blueprint” so you know exactly how to keep expanding, regulating and course-correcting after the 12 weeks end.
This phase is where you start to see and feel the external changes: different choices, different dynamics, different standards, different life.
Phase 1 – Reawaken (Weeks 1–4)
Root cause, not surface pattern.
In the first four weeks we map the internal landscape you’ve been living inside, often without realising:
Identify the survival roles you’ve been running (good girl, caretaker, overachiever, invisible one, etc.) and how they show up in your daily life.
Track your nervous-system responses — where you freeze, fawn, shut down, over-function or abandon yourself when things feel big.
Connect the dots between past experiences and current triggers so your reactions finally make sense instead of feeling random or shameful.
Begin releasing stored emotional charge so your system can stop bracing for impact all the time.
You leave this phase with deep accuracy about what’s actually been running your life and a clear map of what we’re repatterning.
Phase 2 – Repattern (Weeks 5–8)
Here we work directly with your nervous system and identity to update the code:
Introduce somatic and regulation practices specific to your patterns – so you can bring yourself back to safety without collapsing, dissociating or spiralling.
Use targeted release work to soften the emotional imprints that keep pulling you back into old loops.
Start experimenting with new ways of responding in real situations (conversations, boundaries, money, visibility) while being held and coached through the wobble.
Rebuild your internal sense of safety around taking up space, saying no, asking for more, being seen and receiving support.
By the end of this phase, your system has a new baseline: growth, change and taking action stop automatically reading as threat.

I didn’t come to this work through theory or textbooks. I came to it the way many women do — by doing everything I was told would change my life, and still finding myself stuck in the same patterns, wondering what I was missing.
I did the healing. I did the shadow work. I did the ceremonies, the somatics, the integration, the lineage, the inner child… all of it. And I grew — deeply.
